I started working out with Coach Gaglione and Coach Prush in July 2012. Both of them have pushed me to places I have never gone before with weight training. I have always been a big cardio girl but lifting weights has totally changed my body. I have lost 22lbs so far and 2 1/2 inches from my waist. I feel healthier, STRONGER, and have more confidence in myself and my body.
Gaglione Strength is different from other gyms! You don’t just get on the treadmill or use machines, you receive personal training from certified coaches. They teach you many different strength training exercises that increase flexibility, gain muscle and lose fat. Who doesn’t like losing fat?

As a female preparing to start their career as a college athlete, I think I made the right decision by starting my training at Gaglione Strength. While training there I have learned many things. I have learned the value of being apart of a team and having people that I know won’t give up on me and are there to push me. I have also learned how to push myself. Because of this I have made great progress physically and mentally. I believe that I am a better athlete and a better team player since starting training at Gaglione Strength.

Gaglione Strength is a different type of gym than most because the workouts are tailored to my needs throughout the year. If I had an injury or something was wrong John showed me an alternate workout I could do that still gave a good sweat, but protect myself. The coaches at Gaglione Strength are motivating and their positive attitudes make me want to come back and workout. Being a female at a strength gym full of athletes may be intimidating at first, but John and Eric make us feel welcome and at home.
When I first came to the gym I was relatively in shape because I have always worked out. However since I have been attending Gaglione Strength I notice more definition in my muscles, increased flexibility, more stamina, and an increase in tone. John taught us how to set goals and helps each one of us with our individual goals.
